New Projects Coordinator


Overview:
The New Projects Coordinator provides sales and administrative support to the sales and estimating teams.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Process and steward all sales leads

  • Maintain client database and project information on company platforms

  • Assist sales and estimating teams with gathering information needed to develop SOWs, estimates, and proposals

  • Deliver and follow-up on sales proposals

  • Make check-in calls with clients during project and after project completed

  • Delegate, organize and schedule related sales meetings in office and remotely

  • Work with the team to organize and schedule site visits, consults, speaking engagements, etc.

  • Create sales reports.

  • Ensure billing for all preliminary sales work (assessments, drafting, travel etc)

  • Perform administrative duties for sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Proven writing experience is a must.

  • Have the ability to self-manage with little input on day-to-day priorities. Multi-task be very detailed and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have an energetic, positive attitude- and be able to pay attention and focus every day.

  • Be well organized and methodical with data handling.

  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite, HubSpot, comfortable working in spreadsheets.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Reports To: Sales Director, CEO
Compensation: 55k - 80k depending on experience
