Josué Salomon-Kauffman is a Project Steward with a strong foundation in architecture and construction management. Educated in both Nicaragua and the United States, he brings a cross-cultural perspective and operational expertise to the coordination of Firmitas projects.
Josué plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of project operations. He works closely with clients, architects, field crews, and craftspeople to support clear communication, efficient timelines, and quality outcomes. His ability to navigate the complexities of active job sites while staying focused on overall project goals makes him a reliable partner at every stage.
With experience managing projects across Latin America and the U.S., Josué contributes a grounded, collaborative approach that helps bridge design intent with practical implementation. He is dedicated to the successful delivery of each project and to the preservation of the structures Firmitas serves.
