Executive Assistant


Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides high level support for all members of the Management Team. The EA is responsible for the fulfillment of team goals and action items through facilitation, communication, and organizational support.

In addition, the EA supports whole company services and communications (both external and internal) by ensuring implementation of and adherence to administrative systems, procedures and policies. They monitor administrative projects/tasks and client projects.

Supervision, coaching and training of lower-level staff is part of the EA duties, as well as providing important support in the onboarding and orientation of new Team Members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A kind, energetic, positive spirit– solutions driven, focused mentality and able to pay attention to details every day.

  • Leader able to collaborate and be flexible and imaginative in helping other team members.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Proven writing experience is a must.

  • Manage and track tasks with little input on day-to-day priorities.

  • Multi-task and be very detailed when working in a dynamic environment.

  • Well organized and methodical with data handling and calendars.

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a similar administrative management position or assist, preferably in a small business setting.

  • Proficiency in Google Business, HubSpot, comfortable working in spreadsheets.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Offer range: 65 – 120K with 50% health insurance, dental and vision benefits, 100% life insurance. Paid vacation. Package dependent on experience and skill level.
